Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy

Welcome to Heroine’s Mystery School! By purchasing and participating in our workshops, events, and membership programs, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions and Refund Policy. Please read them carefully.

 

1. GENERAL TERMS & CONDITIONS

  1. Eligibility: Our programs are designed for individuals 18 years or older. By registering, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

  2. Workshop & Membership Access: Registration is non-transferable. If you cannot attend, please review our refund and cancellation policies below.

  3. Personal Responsibility: All workshops and memberships are for educational and personal growth purposes. Results vary for each individual, and participation does not guarantee specific outcomes.

  4. Code of Conduct: We strive to create a safe, supportive environment. Disruptive or inappropriate behavior may result in removal from a workshop or membership without refund.

  5. Intellectual Property: All materials provided (including worksheets, recordings, and guides) are for personal use only. Redistribution, reproduction, or resale is prohibited.

 

2. REFUND POLICY

We are committed to providing valuable and transformative experiences. However, we understand that circumstances may arise that require changes to your plans. Our refund policy is as follows:

A. 100% Satisfaction Guarantee (Refunds Accepted)

✅ 100% refund for attendees if you are not completely satisfied.

B. No Refunds (Non-Refundable Purchases)

🚫 Refunds are NOT available for:

  • No-shows or missed workshops (as seats are limited).

  • Weekend workshops canceled less than 7 days before the event. However, you may transfer your spot to another person.

  • Annual memberships after the first 30 days.

  • Partially attended workshops or events.

C. Rescheduling & Credit Options

💡 If you can’t attend a paid workshop:

  • Workshops: You may apply the credit toward a future event within 6 months.

  • Annual membership: If unforeseen circumstances arise, contact us to discuss pausing your membership.

 

3. HOW TO REQUEST A REFUND OR TRANSFER

All refund or transfer requests must be submitted in writing via email to  with the following details:

  • Full name

  • Event name & date

  • Reason for refund request

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days back to the original payment method.

 

4. CANCELLATION POLICY

In the unlikely event that Heroine’s Mystery School cancels a workshop, you will receive:

  • A full refund, OR

  • The option to transfer your payment to a future event.

 

5. AGREEMENT

By registering for any Heroine’s Mystery School event or membership, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions & Refund Policy.
